This project utilizes a composite anti-seepage system comprising Artificial Clay TSP + HDPE geomembrane, with a permanent leakage monitoring system installed beneath the liner. This system enables 24/7 real-time integrity monitoring of the anti-seepage structure, marking it as the world’s first ultra-high-standard impoundment basin to achieve full-coverage monitoring across its entire surface.
