Job Description:
1. Closely track the technological development trends in relevant fields both domestically and internationally, regularly organize technical exchange meetings and, encourage team members to innovate, and continuously improve the team's technical R&D capabilities and core competitiveness;
2. Project management, ensure that the R&D complies with industry standards and environmental protection requirements, effectively control R&D costs, and effectively promote the entire process from project establishment to the transformation of achievements;
3. Est good cooperative relations with universities, research institutions, and industry partners, expand channels for technical cooperation, introduce and digest advanced technologies, and reserve technical resources for the company's longterm development;
4. Pay attention to the protection and management of intellectual property rights, apply for patents in a timely manner, maintain the legal rights and interests of the company' technological achievements, and lay a solid foundation for the company to establish industry benchmark status in the field of industrial wastewater treatment, solid waste comprehensive utilization, and soil ecological restoration.
Job Requirements:
1. Possess in-depth professional technical knowledge in the fields of chemical engineering and environmental protection, and have strong management skills, coordination, and communication abilities.2. Work experience: More than five years of experience in chemical engineering, environmental protection, comprehensive utilization of resources research, product development, or technical management.
3. Required: Bachelor's degree or above.
4. Required professional title: Engineer or above.
Quality control analyst
Salary: 5000-7000 Location: Yichang City Number of Recruitment: 4 people
Job Description:
1. Responsible for chemical analysis and detection work during the production process, capable of independently handling common analysis and detection work the phosphorus chemical industry;
2. Use specialized instruments and equipment to analyze samples, ensure reliable data, and record experimental data and results in detail;
3. Able independently complete the calibration and preparation of standard and non-standard solutions;
4. Responsible for the maintenance of laboratory instruments under their charge;
5. Responsible for the of chemicals required for analysis and detection;
6. Participate in skills training for chemical analysis and detection, and participate in various trainings;
7. Complete other work assigned by the leadership.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above, science and engineering major, with more than 3 years of experience in chemical analysis and detection and more than 10 years of experience in chemical analysis and detection work, with rich experience, the educational background is not limited;
2. Proficient in the operating procedures chemical analysis, capable of independently completing chemical analysis and detection work;
3. Proficient in chemical analysis operation knowledge, familiar with the physical and chemical characteristics of various chemical reagents
4. Comply with the company's various safety management systems, and actively participate in various trainings;
5. Able to accept a three-shift two- work system, and able to accept the occasional overtime work;
6. Obey management, complete the work assigned by the leadership on time;
7. Have team spirit, work together with colleagues in the work.
